Usui Reiki also known as traditional Reiki from the Japanese master Mikan Usui. Usui is a technique originally from Japan, its used for many
different things from stress reduction to restless sleep, anxiety, boosting the immune system, creating a sense of well-being and generally bringing you back to optimal performance. It is administered by Placing on the hands and based on the idea that an unseen (life force energy) flows through us and this is what keeps us alive. If ones force energy is low then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress and anxiety, If its high, we are more capable of being healthy and happy.
As a Reiki Master in Usui Reiki I am able to heal, balance, change, energise and mentor you in a way that is right for you.

The start of my healing
a psychic medium I didn’t intend to be a healer but things happen and we end being guided in life to what we are supposed to do, even if we don’t understand it at the time.
I started my spiritual journey in 2009, but soon became well known and popular in the town of Paderborn Germany, working with many soldiers and the families of the British army. At the beginning of my path I worked mostly with the wives for stress relief, rest where they struggled to find it, relaxation for when they tired and being away from their other halves, and healing where injury, physical and mental was occurring. It did not take long before I became very busy on a daily basis with my then business under the name of Heavens gift Sennelager.
I started to get clients with more and more physical, mental and emotional pains. When more people discovered they had an english speaking reiki healer in town my clientele grew from there. After nearly 2 years of being a level 2 healer I decided that this was not just helping people but opening them up to possibilities and bringing them a new way of life totally, which in turn brought me a new way of life also.

Thereafter, I soon did my Master Reiki Practitioner with my Master Mr Mike Garner who is the 8th generation healer from Master Mikao Usui making me the 9th generation directly.
Carrying on, I have done more and more healing and mentoring and now with a large base of clientele, ranging from sports type injuries to everyday ailments, reiki for people with chronic pain, and along the way helping raise money for different charities.
Reiki is effective not just on humans, but also on pets and other animals such as horses and I have even administered reiki to an elephant in Thailand.
